Officer asked the client to perform field sobriety tests. Client performed the HGN test, the walk & turn and the one leg raise. Client gave a breath sample. The officer stated that the client failed all field sobriety tests. Result: Declined for prosecution.

    2018 - Tyler, TX Client charged with Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance. Indictment was enhanced and client faced 25 to Life. Officer stated in his report that the client failed to signal his turn within 100 feet. A review of the video indicated that the client signaled his turn as soon as possible. Research of various cases established that the turn was lawful; therefore, the stop was not a valid stop. The case was dismissed.

Our firm presented the Grand Jury with information that this case was in self-defense of herself and others (children) in the home and that this was not an intentional act.
